I explained that my first photo wasn't accepted, so they did 2 different new pictures and gave them both to me free! “Back in the day I used to support Pat Woods, because it was local and had great customer service. Insurance stopped covering prescriptions there, so I had to move to the National Chains, experiencing Horrible Service for years. My husband suggested trying O&M, even though it was a distance from our home. They have provided better service, so far, than we experienced at Pat Woods. I hope the commitment to customer service continues as they grow.”
“Omg super amazing! We were sent by another pharmacy in the area. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and helped. They told us a wait and we looked around. The wait was taking a longer than usual due to insurance but they kept me informed, would hold conversation with not only me but my sick baby girl as well. 2 days later we received another script from the doctor and went to them again. They remembered my daughter and we're short on the medication needed. They were waiting for the supplies to arrive the following day so sent us on home with what they had and the next thing had the rest ready for us to pick up. They go over any questions you have about the medication as well as tell you everything you need to know about medication use, dose, administration, storage, and etc. Before you leave with it.”

I said yes and she told me that she had a cancelation and said that I could get the shot. She was very professional. I got the Vaccine and had to wait 15 min. I'm so happy now.”

“Their head pharmacist, Curstann, I believe was her name, was amazing and very knowledgeable and honest with medications that I had questions about, she answered every question, did not seem like she wanted to end the conversation and was very honest with me about the side affects of these medications and what they would likely do to me, I’m now getting a second opinion on what I should take and have spoken to others that are professionally aware of these and they have FULLY agreed on what she said. I believe she saved me a lot of heartache and discomfort that I would’ve dealt with had I taken these and not asked her questions about them, I felt wary and she truly caused so much relief when she stood there and answered every question and gave me her professional opinion. Side note about the other pharmacists working there tho (just a small bit of advice for those certain customers) they are pretty young and energetic, nothing they said bothered me personally but after reading other reviews I understand how it could bother others. They are very giggly group that seem to get along and are comfortable but I feel they may need to learn to read others before speaking, some things they said didn’t bother me and I truly got a kick out of but I can see how it may bother others who are more uptight about how professional people should be while at work and that it’s all seriousness and no fun. I have no issues with these workers personally tho and that’s just a bit of advice from me that I have learned, reading people and how they may react to certain things is a huge thing in customer service.”
