I got in a wreck on Feb 8th and it took Mr. Hughes less then a week to get everything done!! He has went above and beyond to make this such a easy process!! He was beyond professional and always made sure to answer any questions I had or made sure I understood things!! I hope his boss(es) are beyond proud to have him on their team!! Because of Mr. Hughes I'm switching to Texas farm bureau insurance!! I highly suggest if you ever in a wreck and you have to deal with this insurance company you ask for Mr. Hughes!! 10 out of 5 stars in my book!!!”
“On 5/25/23 I mailed a check in the amount of $186.00 to pay for a boat insurance.policy. After receiving a bill from the agency, on 5/26/23 I mailed a second check in the amount of $60.00 to pay for the same insurance policy. After receiving another bill for this policy in the amount of $160.00 I phoned the agency and was told that they had not recieved my check in the amount of $160,00.I then stopped payment on the $160,00 check which I was told had not been received and mailed another check to the agency in the amount of $160.00.Now the agency has told me that they have not recieved the second $160.00 check.It cost me $25.00 to stop payment on the first $160.00 ******. If I stop payment on the second $160.00 check that will cost me an additional $25.00.Additionally, the agency mailed to me, and I received, a letter from the agency which was addressed to me and which contained correspondence pertaining to someone else who I don't know.”
