Love this place. They're friendly, courteous, and fast. Plus, they check tires and top fluids like the good old full-service stations that no longer exist. They don't even charge me for it. I always try to tip the guys for their service. It's a locally owned business that I don't mind supporting and have done so for many years. Highly recommend.

Extremely rude because the have the line out in the middle of the parking lot I was asked to pull up behind a vehicle and the guy doing inspections older guy was cussing saying mfer over on over because I ran over twiced...I had no choice....not away to conduct a business with someone is very unprofessional

Make very sure the tighten your oil filter tight! My engine lost oil pressure after 4 months and wouldn’t crank leaving me stranded at a gas station this past weekend. Luckily my engine wouldn’t crank because of a fail safe mechanism that prevented it from burning up. Went back today to get them refund the oil I purchased or change the oil and filter for free. And a simple “no” because it happened after the 30 day policy they have. They would check the oil filter and level at an extra cost to me?! Hilarious! Stay away from these unprofessional losers…

I tried this Eastex Lube location for the first time as I was told they like veterans. After leaving I discovered that I was dragging the large shield that covers under the oil/transmission (posted). I pulled into a body shop to have it reattached. They informed me that the lube shop mechanic over tightened the bolts causing the shield to break loose at the bolt connection point. I returned to Express Lube dragging the shield. The staff looked up my Carfax and stated that the mechanic at the previous oil change location broke the bolt connection. This was nonsensical knowing I had not been dragging this large shield around for the past 5 months (previous oil change). I asked to have a manager contact me regarding their intentions yet no one called. This was a $94 oil change that led to a $416 damage repair. There are plenty of oil change locations that charge the same or less so choose elsewhere.
