Lately this location has been hit or miss. I've come one day and the chicken has been delicious, and then the next time I come it will taste like it's been sitting there for a while, or the gravy is like water. I will say this- if you get bad food, if you call the store they will make it right.If you live in Port Neches it's a good location, and the staff are always polite and fast. On Tuesdays they have a special which is two pieces of chicken and a biscuit for $2.39. That's a great deal.

Ordered two meals of chicken strips. One spicy and one regular. Both with biscuits. When I got home I had no spicy and a roll. The chicken was good and tender this time, but about half the time we order from here the chicken is overcooked.

My husband and I went to this location and ordered food. We waited almost 30 minutes for them to walk it out to us. However when they gave it to us we were missing a fish dinner and the one we did get only had 2 pieces which should have been 3. Went inside and gave receipt to cashier and had to wait almost 20 minutes to get the dinner that was missing. However we still did not got the other filled for the other box. Total we spent 56 dollars and it was not worth it. We will not be using this location ever again.

Editing my review because the rude speaker girl doesn't work here anymore. Adding 2 stars. This place always seems clean, the employees are nice, not sure if Joaquin still works here but he's been very nice when I've gone here. Prices have gone up quite a bit (still cheaper than Cane's) they are still busy so it must be good!

Best soft drinks and jalapeño poppers around. The chicken and fried fish are good also. Love the fries and hush puppies. Staff is always friendly.
