“Extremely satisfied with Precision Auto Body….I needed body shop repair on my 2017 Honda Accord twice over the last year 1/2 and once on my sons 2021 VW Passat. 1st time for Honda was rear end hit on I 10 in Houston that smashed my trunk in. Precision repaired it to look new again! 2nd collision was from impact of someone hitting me on right side back fender …again Precision has it back to looking new. The VW Passat was parked in a residential drive way and a heavy duty truck backed into it causing damage to the hood/front fender/side fenders/ headlights ….Precision Auto Body has it looking brand new!! “I had a pretty good size ding on the rear 1/4 panel of my truck. They were the first body shop USAA had listed in the Port Arthur area. It was the most seamless process I could have asked for between my insurance and the body shop. Another plus is the car rental place is directly across the street. They said my truck would be ready Dec 24 and they were spot on. Not only did they do flawless work. They detailed my truck inside and out. I would highly recommend there services.”
“I purchased my Mini Cooper Hard-Top here and we got an amazing deal. We were helped by Dustin Symmons and he was great and not pushy at all. Our finance guy was super nice although I didn’t catch his name unfortunately. No one crowded us when we arrived at the dealership to look either. Was very relaxed.”
