The lady in automotive took it upon her self to question the tech, I ended up paying double what I originally paid how is this possible Walmart and Walmart.com what a joke they purposely ripped me off

Not really happy. I called hoping to see if they had basketball cards. The lady answered the phone and asked how she could help. I proceeded to ask if they had any basketball cards were in stock. She told me that they had cards up at the front. I asked her if she could confirm they had them in stock due to all the stores in my area being out of stock (I live an hour and a half away). She proceeded to tell me that she couldn't go to the front and check because it was to early in the morning. It was 8:10. I asked her may I call later to ask. She tells me no, and hangs up on me. Absolutely Terrible Customer Service

Wow is all I am going to say about walmart. If you buy any electronics that are sealed off. Make sure you get them to open the box to verify the serial numbers. We bought a sound bar with a speaker and it didn't work. We called the tech support and they told us to take it back and get another one. Get to walmart to return it and they check the serial number on the box with the speakers they did not match.. They said they could let this go one time. We got a replacement and made them open the box to compare serial numbers. Guess what the numbers on one of the speakers did not match... Boy did they look like a bunch of idiots

The Pharmacy department was very helpful when we were vacationing here and my husband forgot his meds. Sandy and the rest of the staff worked hard to get his prescriptions transferred and filled promptly. Wish I could say the same for our insurance company.

It's a Walmart, it has what you need and know what to expect with their short staffing but besides that it's actually better than some I've been to. Their employees were helpful in finding what I needed for the beach when I forgot something.

HORRIBLE! I waited over 3 hours for my oil change and still hadn't begun to get touched, I walked out and will never be back! Horrible service Wal mart get with it!

Wow slowest place on earth 8 walmart employees in self check out no one to help me at all it is not worth it here don't shop here unless you have all day I have wrote this manager was called everyone else helped I am still waiting. New girl at the self check out but 7 other employees that see she needs help but will not get involved very sad I would give no stars if I could but that's not an option Still waiting Managers refused to come up front to help her shame on you guys
