Seth and Jermey thank you guys for not giving up on me. Seth is so knowledgeable and Jermey was able to get me the lowest price possible. When I was ready to give up on the numbers, these two guys didn’t. I highly recommend Port Lavaca Ford.

My experience was horrible. I will NEVER purchase or go to Port Lavaca Ford again. I went in for a simple recall on my vehicle. Isaac called me and said there was "an issue with my lug nuts." He suggested I get all 20 lugnuts for $300. After I told him no I can't afford that. He mentioned that Ford offers a payment plan and that it was 3 lugnuts that need replaced. He sent the link, we hung up, and I applied via link through text & was approved. Called Isaac back to let him know I was approved. While on the phone with Isaac he asked the mechanic was it 3 or 10 lugnuts that needed replaced. The mechanic then replied "10". I said "I don't believe you because just a few minutes ago you suggested 20, then 3 now 10. So which is it?" Long story short I took my vehicle to another dealership and to my surprise they had NO ISSUES with removing the lugnuts on my car. Good try Port Lavaca Ford. You have lost my service forever! I don't do well with being lied to.

Bought a couple of Fords from them in the past. Communication is a big struggle for them. Two days ago I tried to get a value on a trade in and they have yet to call back with one. I guess they are drowning in business and selective in who they work with. Might have been good in the past but too many red flags to deal with them now.

Purchased a new 2023 Ford Explorer from Manny, 2nd vehicle I’ve gotten from him and I will continue to come back to him! He always makes the process smooth and easy, also David in finance went above and beyond to find me the best possible deal. Everything went smooth on both ends! Bought a 2020 expedition on this past Saturday. The whole team was great made sure I was fully taken care of I drove 3 1/2 hr to buy this suv. Called the day before and had all the questions I had answered before my trip. I will be buying more cars from this company
