First let me start off with the positive. The service itself, the oils, the hand massage, was nice. Mrs Kim was a very sweet little lady. She seemed very busy with her family though as she was on the phone for a majority of my visit. It was understandable, but made the conversation very short. I went for a mani pedi, and while the experience was nice and Kim was kind, the execution of my French manicure was not worth what I paid for it. I paid $20 for a manicure that I could have done better myself. I had to go home and touch up the paint. The paint was scrunched up and uneven, and it was difficult to communicate what I had wanted. My $25 pedicure was not as bad because it did not have the French tips, which I had asked for. I feel disappointed in my visit because the reason I went was for the end result and felt cheated out of $45. In conclusion, I have decided to not do business there again.
