I had gone to IBC to open a safe deposit box. I called ahead and was told that I don't need an appointment & I could just walk in. That is a big lie! Nobody at IBC would give me the time of the day. I sat in the waiting area for 15 - 20 minutes while the 4 employees ran around wrapping presents & putting up decorations which they felt was more important than customer service. So, I got up & left. None of them asked me why I was there & what I needed. I'm glad because I would not have found the wonderful First National bank & it's excellent customer service. Safe Deposit box is $20 at FNB & $35 at IBC. All around FNB is a better choice Thank you IBC for treating customers like crap.

My parents have banked here over 50 years when it originally was First State Bank, several staff still work here. They are helpful neighbors helping their community.

It's a good bank but boy does it stink in there. I recommend only going thru the drive thru.
