“We stayed here for 5 weeks. Overall it was a nice room. Our room was a suite. It had a big desk and a couch to lounge on. The staff were always real nice. Room service were good. The breakfast was one of the best around. Biscuits and gravy were available almost every day. The only problem with our room was that the room stinks. It smelled like musk. All our clothes had to washed once we got home. After a few minutes you don't notice the smell. 4 stars overall.”

“My company has rented the entire place for a long-term project we are working on in the area. This place is great! Good location, clean, and safe.... and very quite. Management is onsite and addresses any of our concerns quickly and they are super nice folks! I highly recommend the Simple Stay to anyone needing to stay in the area.”
