I've been trying to stay loyal to heb pharmacy for years.. years of it taking hrs or days for prescriptions. Yrs of horrible wait lines. Today I went and had enough.. 2 ladies there and not one would take me.. I left n went to walgreens.. wow to the customer service and team work there.. even the pharmacist was helping out. N they told me 20 minutes for my prescription and they would send a text.. now I'm spoiled..

HEB Pharmacy is seriously a joke. The slowest and rudest experience. Please CVS make a come back with a drive thru. Curbside pick up is super fast, have them help the Pharmacy. Wait does Wal-Mart have a drive thru Pharmacy? I will give 1 hour of free training for HEB Pharmacy. To speed up.

Customer service rude if you don’t want to work call in or don’t go in at all. When getting your medicine it will take 1-2 days even when doctors sends in the order in the morning so I recommend to call as soon u get out of ur doctor appointment. And I tell my self if it was there family sick I bit there’s are the first one in line.

My mother in law has a heart condition. This heb said she was out of refills and they had contacted the doctor and waiting for the call back. The next day, she called again, was told the same thing. She called the doctor, told they had sent it in. Heb said they didn't have it. For the next 3 days she called and called. Same answer. Today she called the doctor, and they spoke with the pharmacy and was told they would fill it. We wondered who had dropped the ball, my mother in law has gone without her medication for 5 days, to find out heb was out of that medication. Why they didn't say so, I don't know. I am very disappointed in this pharmacy playing with people's lives. I would not recommend this heb pharmacy.

I had needed pain meds after some oral surgery. The prescription was sent while I was still at the doctors office. H-E-B didn’t have it ready when I got there and told me it would be 2 more hours!. The numbness was already wearing off, which my husband told them, but to no avail. There was no offer to rush it up, so we left. I don’t live in town, and it’s more than an hour round trip. This is totally unprofessional and uncaring. Slow pharmacy service has become the norm at this location. It is woefully understaffed.
