People are nice but couldn't fix my problem or tell me why I was having it.

Don't go to this store for a phone... They will take your money and not give 2 *****when problems arise... The manager doesn't care she will look you dead in the eye and explain why she doesn't care

Manager is very unprofessional, hung up on me when I asked for help for something they did wrong. Went in just to buy an I phone and they upgraded my account and added insurance without my permission and refuses to refund me. When I asked to speak to the manager she was rude, would not help and hung up on me.
