The instructors was very knowledgeable but kept the class informal but organized. They made the training calm and comfortable which made it easier to retain the information being given and not be nervous. This was especially important because we had some individuals who never been up in a MEWP.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They made sure we had a good understanding of the machines before we actually did the practical part. Overall, just a great experience.
