Holiday crisis adverted by Felix and his crew. Brought our truck in just before the Christmas holiday weekend and our tire was fixed from flying off on the highway by the end of the day. Quality and quick service with great communication!

Hey. When I say this gentleman, Felix conducts business with Pride, Integrity and Honesty I mean it truly. My pickup truck (I recently bought) went down on my way coming into port lavaca, he evaluated and told me bring it by during their after hours he took a look at the truck.Was always up to date with constant updates, and told me the real at all times.Gratitude from an army veteran. If there are any who are hesitant from whom to pick from I’d suggest this mechanic shop whole heartedly.

Felix, Budget Automotive, has amazing customer service. We were driving from out of town headed to Rockport when my car began leaking transmission fluid. It leaked completely out so my car would no longer drive. It was Wednesday before Thanksgiving and all the other shops were busy or closed and would not be able look at my car until Monday. Felix refused to let us be stranded over the holidays. He got us all fixed up and on our way! But that's not all. He even sent me a text later that evening to make sure we made it to our Destination. Highly recommend his services!

Took my dodge charger back to replace all four of my rotors and brake pads hoping to restore my car to good condition and get rid of a knocking sound I heard when driving over bumps. Thankfully Felix knew exactly where and what the problem was and clearly discussed the issue with me. He also kept me updated of the progress while working on it. Not to mention the payment was way cheaper than any other place I’ve taken my car. Now it drives like it’s brand new! I’m glad to come across his business and will continue to take my car to him when I have car problems.

Extremely nice and very helpful owners. After getting an estimate from Firestone to fix my A/C problem, Felix was able to find the real problem and came out to almost A GRAND under. Goes to show how trustworthy and honest they are, they don't B.S you or try to overcharge you. Definitely recommend!
