I am very happy with the service that I received at Budget Automotive. Felix answered all questions that I had and ensured that I received the quality parts that I wanted. He also maintained communication with me during the process. Johnny performed the repairs and found another related part that needed replacing which I appreciate. My SUV had several issues and Mr. Mungia worked day and night to get them all fixed to perfection. He is a man that takes great pride in his work and I appreciate that. I am so grateful, my SUV is running great! He gave me a fair price and I am very happy and satisfied. I will definitely recommend him.

I highly recommend Budget Automotive they conduct themselves very professionally and treat you with great respect. I needed an oil change on my truck and they took care of me really quick and had me going in no time. I like the way Felix Mungia and his crew work and get the job done proficiently. Called Felix discussed 2012 chev. cruze had a fluid leak.Set a delivery time.Left the car. Found a fluid leak. Took time to stay in touch,gave a fair estimate.installed new pairs. Hey. When I say this gentleman, Felix conducts business with Pride, Integrity and Honesty I mean it truly. My pickup truck (I recently bought) went down on my way coming into port lavaca, he evaluated and told me bring it by during their after hours he took a look at the truck.Was always up to date with constant updates, and told me the real at all times.Gratitude from an army veteran. If there are any who are hesitant from whom to pick from I’d suggest this mechanic shop whole heartedly.

Felix, Budget Automotive, has amazing customer service. We were driving from out of town headed to Rockport when my car began leaking transmission fluid. It leaked completely out so my car would no longer drive. It was Wednesday before Thanksgiving and all the other shops were busy or closed and would not be able look at my car until Monday. Felix refused to let us be stranded over the holidays. He got us all fixed up and on our way! But that's not all. He even sent me a text later that evening to make sure we made it to our Destination. Highly recommend his services!
