They have the friendliest staff and branch Manager. Although the walk up lines can become long at certain times, they are well trained to handle it. They really care about their clients and are willing to go the extra mile. The branch manager is a sweetheart. I've been to other branches and most of the time get a lot of run around. I never experience those problems here.

My parents have banked here for years, while down south being snow birds.Today we went to the branch and mom asked if we could have something faxed because we were here on a family emergency and had to fax. We offered to pay for the fax and were told no because it didn't pertain to their bank...my bank faxes all kind of things for me. They showed their true colors todayas to what is important to them and it sure in the Hell isn't thier customers!! My parents have started looking for a new bank.

You can believe all the 1 star reviews and don’t bank here. They go as slow as possible and that’s not an exaggeration. I’ve had nothing but problems since we started banking with them last year as well. I’m not sure what their problem is but I will bank locally from now on where they care about their customers. This is just a disappointing big branch that doesn’t care about anything other than the money. Gross

Tuesday June 8th, 2021:Absolute refusal to answer their phones. 29 call attempts between 9:30am this morning until 2:25pm. Do not use this branch! I have called the main number online and get some lady whom has nothing to do with Wells Fargo, her number has been tied to them somehow. What a joke!

Customer service is wonderful they do the best to keeps us satisfied with service and is commendable , but there’s not enough assistance, terrible to be waiting , is Not like the old Wells Fargo fast service . To come here I need 1 hour because of line and only 1 person trying to do everything for everyone horrible . They need more people to help out .

Call3 costumer service and at the end for one wrong answer they handed up. Question: was was the amoun of your check that you deposited 3 weeks ago and at what time. .. Really i told them the amount but. Not the hour . ridiculous
