Ashley in the Pharmacy as well as the rest of the Pharmacy Staff are SUPERB! They are excellent professionals with great unlimited Pharmaceutical knowledge! They are always so courteous & helpful when it comes both mine & my 90 yr old Momma’s meds! We will ALWAYS be customers for life with this Walgreens due the fact heir amazing Pharmacy staff - every single employee truly excels!!! Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy Staff!

Ashley, Samantha and Osondu were amazing. They went above and beyond to fill my sisters prescription that she forgot at home 6 hours away. They stayed late to finish. They are amazing.

Port Isabel Walgreens is AMAZING!!! We are from out of town on an extended stay. This pharmacy picked up where our home store left off. This team embraced us like family to ensure our needs were met. Their OUTSTANDING customer service was provided with great compassion and empathy. Thank you, Osondu, Ashley & Samantha for choosing to make a difference!!! We remain in gratitude, dear friends!!! ♥️

Pharmacy staff very unsatisfactory, instead of staying on top of prescription refills or filling prescriptions they're always playing around or just standing around..they can see ur standing in line to be helped n they just standing around doing nothing, very very rude. Time to change to another pharmacy where they know how to do their job n have great customer service. Went to check if prescription was ready, it wasn't.. they said it was not sent so I went back to the clinic n they said they had sent it in, so I called them back from the clinic n then they told me they did receive it, asked the pharmacist if they'll be able to fill it today, he says just to give him 30min -1hr.. never was told if it was ready so I called n checked the automated service n it said they're still working on it, so it never did get filled the pharmacy is now closed so u gotta wait until tomorrow.. if they don't come up with their stupid excuse that they didn't have it in stock, as usual.. they can go on with this days, weeks n even months, playing with u. But I know that they'll get what they deserve for being this way with customers.

Wish I couldn’t even leave a 1 star review All staff is rude from cashiers all the way to managers . Disrespectful and racist. I’m not one to complain but those employees will end up bringing sales down , coming from a Manager myself !

We have our home pharmacy that we use for prescriptions, but came to Walgreens in PI to get our flu vaccines and COVID booster. The pharmacist Osondu's communication was great and he was very accommodating since we came in last minute with 4 in our family. My 10 year old noticed the needle retracted, so he showed us how their syringes have a special safety measure that prevents them from getting needle sticks when giving vaccines. (WTG Walgreens!) Most would not have taken the time to educate kids. His techs were also very quick and helpful.

Drug stores should be the best price going on shampoo, etc. instead you are the most expensive even with sales. Cashier argues with you about how they need all your information to give you the sales price. I. E. Name, phone number, email. Seriously, to buy a bottle of hair spray. If you don't stop with the apps and bad prices, no one is going to shop Walgreens. And by the way, I gave the cashier a fake phone number amd she said someone else's name amd I said yes. I don't want robo calls all hours of the night. And you didn't have enough products on the shelf to be open.

Website is wrong. Pharmacy is not open on weekends. This caused me a huge mess on an urgent prescription. Calling in to talk to a person is nearly impossible.
