There is a rattlesnake in my storage unit. My 4 year old daughter walked right passed it before we saw it. I quickly stepped between her and the snake to protect her if it decided to strike and carried her out. I approached the manager and he laughed at me and said my daughter must've scared the poor snake. Then he contacted the owner and said there was nothing they could do to help. Since then I placed traps and caught one rattlesnake, which was not the one I saw. I am paying $115 a month for a unit that is not safe to use. I will be hiring movers to help me get my stuff to a non snake infested storage facility as soon as I can afford it, since the owner is not helping me with this problem.

James the manager is super kind. He was very helpful. U-Haul is available there. The location is convenient. It does have small town hours and limited payment options, but James makes up for any inconveniences.
