Great place for RVing. Lots of amenities. Pool, lighted fishing and boat ramp. What else do you need. Gave it 4 stars because it’s crowded.

The manager or whoever he is was so disrespectful toward my family members over a parking permit. He was demanding an answer but didn’t give them the opportunity to speak. He was so aggressive to the point where he was getting in their face and yelling at them while their children were around. And apparently this is the way he is. This is beyond unprofessional. If you plan on staying here be very careful with this man.

Good location away from traffic. Some nice amenities. Friendly folks. Sites are sloped grass and are back-in. Price is reasonable. They offer wifi, but only in the rec areas; not throughout the park. Booking, registration and check-out were very long and tedious. They had more paperwork than 10 normal parks. They really need to streamline.

Great place to stay. Everyone's friendly and helpful. The front desk has outstanding customer service. The location is a premium and right on the water without the premium prices. I'm always eager to recommend this place to friends and family. Great spot to fish with lighted docks!Nearby activities: Not on the Island side, so not as busy as you would expect

We visited a friend who lives here, to watch the space x launch. Excellent view from any structure taller than the wall that surrounds the entire property. Nice pool, clean facilities and area.

This was our first time staying at PIPC. We were there for 3 months - from January 2nd through April 2nd, 2023. We really enjoyed it there. If you stay there for a full month, the price is very affordable. This is a very large RV Park with lots of amenities and community events for the folks who stay and live there. There is a mix of permanent residences, Winter Texans and short term residents. There is also a real mix of sites. Some have cement porches or cement areas for the RVs, but most of them do not, except for the permanent residences. Some are roomy, but some are too short for a long motorhome and very little room for your car or truck in front of it and fairly close side to side if you have pull outs. Usually, there is room for an outdoor rug and chairs if you like to do that, but not always. Most have grass areas with a rocked area for the RV. When it rains hard, your levelers tend to sink into the ground. There are no tents allowed here. There is a Community Recreation Room with lots of planned events held there, from Line Dancing to Bingo and also card games. Once a week, usually on Thursday or Friday there is live music, BYOB & snacks. The dog park is small and there isn't much inside it. Unfortunately it is on one end of the park, so it is a pretty far to walk there from the back side of the Park to it. They could really use another one by the end of the canal. The canal in the middle of the park is very nice for photos, fishing, and you can rent sites for your boat. The smell is pretty bad though. Occassionally they get a bunch of dead fish that end up at the end by the picnic area, but they do try to clean it up regularly. There is a real bad ferral cat problem there. Some of the residents feed them, so they come in and stay and they don't get along with your dogs and vice versa. Otherwise, the Park is gated which we love and it is well maintained. Plus the employees are just the nicest. They bend over backwards to help you with anything they can. During the Winter months, they set up bus tours for boat rides and bus rides to different locations like Nuevo Progresso, Mexico. I don't know if they do that in the summer time too, but I would think they probably do. Overall, we love this Park. The gals who work at the Front Desk are some of the nicest and most helpful you can find. And if you at least try to speak a little Spanish to them, they love it. We will be coming back here next Winter for sure. I would like to add photos, but they are all on my phone and I'm doing this on my computer. I'll see if I can add them later.

Park Center is the BEST RV Park in the SPI/Port Isabel area! Park Center has the most amenities and a very reasonable cost. Staff & management are first class. Plus, residents are super nice and very welcoming. If you stay for the winter or summer season there are tons of activities for residents & guests.I absolutely love this place! It’s a wonderful RV park where you can make lifetime friends.5 STARS!

Check in could be a goverment office. Slow, waiting for other people to get helped before you, price plus 30 Dollars deposit for an opener etc. The place is ok, but no WIFI other than near the pool. Fishing access was great, they have a boat launch ramp and a high pressure wash down Station! Bathrooms were only prision quality, you need codes to get in everywhere. Worst, got woken up by an extremely laud lawn mover at 8 AM.

This RV park is a great location for those wanting to be close to Padre Island. Everything is close by for everything you could possibly need. It's a gated park with many amenities including heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, lighted fishing piers, showers, propane service, car and RV wash, really nice laundry facility, free Internet and cable TV, community room with many events (bingo, pot luck dinners, music, art classes, yoga, etc.). Most spots are gravel or grass, but at least level. They have spots on the water, but we weren't able to get one, so took an inside spot for only $420/mo. Very reasonable prices and just 3-4 miles from the Island. The staff here are also very nice and courteous. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the RVs are a bit too close together for my comfort, but then again, it's an RV park and not a campground.

Best one in Port Isabel. Gated free Wi-Fi they keep it clean no crack roosters. They should make the gate a little bit easier to get in and out of sometimes they're up in your business the all in all Good Park
