“Juan assisted me in the store on Jan. 19, 2018. The iPhone i wanted was out of stock in his store. He actually drove to another store ( in Brownsville) to pick one up for me. He went over and beyond what is expected. I was giving my old iPhone to my husband and he set up that phone for him also. This wasn't easy since my husband couldn't remember his sign in for Google or for Apple. Juan was simply amazing with all his help and cheerfulness. He also proved to be quite knowledgeable and explained everything to us in terms that we could easily understand. I was so impressed with his kindness.”
