Only one worker here is actually good at what he does. The rest of the workers here have zero knowledge as to what they are doing. We went there to see if we could activate a phone we had and see if it was compatible and they said yes. So they "connected" the phone charged us which was fine until we left and found out the phone didn't work with that company. We went back and said it wasn't working. They proceeded to tell us no it doesn't work with us AFTER the fact that they charged us. We asked for a refund but the said no! There are people sitting outside the building in a Sunday when it says that they open at noon it is now 1:00pm and the doors are locked when there are people that need to pay their bills.

Went to get a great deal with the switch to a Free phone and the associate told me of a great phone Moto in which I was very interested but the $25 unlimited plan Plus the $30 more for the second line did not meet my expectations due to the associate didn't even know if they came with mobile hotspot in which I wanted. He had no knowledge. And also ask him around how much would it be to switch and the price to me was outrageous close to $200 that's about 3 months payment with my previous carrier

This place is uninviting. They had a horrible sound system blasting music outside the store. It sounded like a continuous loup of bad noise. I asked the young man inside if he could turn it off or down. He was rude and disrespectful. I would not do business here.

Worst service ever. Very deceitful. Sold me a phone, set up service took my money in cash and did not give me a receipt. Called them 20 minutes later said it would be at the counter, went to get it and was told they didn’t have it their machines don’t work and do not know when they will. Called me he customer service 800 # and was told by someone in broken English not their problem. Buyer beware they are crooked and deceitful. They take your money then deny it and you have no proof. SCAM ARTIST, CROOKS, LIARS

Juan assisted me in the store on Jan. 19, 2018. The iPhone i wanted was out of stock in his store. He actually drove to another store ( in Brownsville) to pick one up for me. He went over and beyond what is expected. I was giving my old iPhone to my husband and he set up that phone for him also. This wasn't easy since my husband couldn't remember his sign in for Google or for Apple. Juan was simply amazing with all his help and cheerfulness. He also proved to be quite knowledgeable and explained everything to us in terms that we could easily understand. I was so impressed with his kindness.

You'll get way over charged if you go here! When I got to the checkout counter my bill was pretty high and I asked for a breakdown and she said she was charging me for Mexico and insurance on top of my plan, activation fee & new phone. I told her I don't need Mexico or the insurance and insisted that she removed those things and she said she could only take off one of them. After I paid, I asked for a receipt that showed a breakdown of the charges because it still seems really high and she was not able to provide me with a receipt that added up to the same amount that she charged me! She even went to two different cash registers/computers and printed out receipts and threw a couple away and then finally handed me one but she could not explain to me why it showed a lower amount on the breakdown receipt than what I actually paid. I totally got ripped off!
