Rude and incompetent employee. Had no idea how to remove an app. Did not even know how to do a factory reset. I would assume the employees are competent or atleast knowledgeable with the things they sell. You sell 1 thing , phones. Then I get the automated reply. Only concerned about the one star and stating that yall care. A better reply would have been "what is the problem and how can we help fix it" I'm not gonna stand on an AT&T soapbox about customer service cuz I dread that call, but atleast the service stores do everything they can to help.

This is one of the worse place to bring business, the stupid manager is so rude and disrespectful./ I think cricket should do some about it.. I will do anything for this Mexican to be dismissed because person like them can work in this business. Also in my case experience all Mexican texans feel they are better then anybody around them.. today the costumer service in this location is so pathetic, cricket better do some about because if you don fire the type of service you will loose costumers is so embarrassing.. today 8/9/23 at 7:50pm check who was at the time in the location so cricket better do some about it or you will hear from me and my lawyers because this employee of cricket was so rude. If this person is not fire cricket will loose my business and others…?????????????????????

In my last visits to the establishment located in Port I. I received poor customer treatment, the staff is not the most desirable, since their attention is minimal and does not offer solutions for better attention, in short, terrible service on the part of the staff. Thank you.
