Great customer service. Very friendly and willing to help resolve all issues. I went in to get my tire patched it couldn't be patched I had to get a brand new tire but I had the road hazard on my tires so I paid $15 bucks for a tire that was $120 bucks I say that's a hell of a deal road hazard is the route to go when buying tires from walmart!

Better than Firestone. I went to Firestone to have my tire patched. They told me they could not repair it because of the angle the nail went into the tire, and wanted to sell me a tire for $200.00. Walmart Auto Center was able to patch the tire and save my family money.

I went to the location in Beaumont for one tire, but they did not have the one we needed in stock, but the one here did. We purchased tire and on my lunch break went to get tired changed. Here's my experience. Today, 12/8/21, i arrived a little after 11 am to get tire replaced. When I pulled in, there was no other car there and workers were not doing anything. I thought I'd be done quick. Nope. Went in, got my ticket and waited. I did a little bit of shopping, no more than 20 minutes. I came back and no one touched my car. Another lady came in for tires then a few more people arrived. After another 30 minutes of waiting, i asked Sharhonda how much longer, she said soon. I waited an hour and I noticed them working on two other cars, I asked why they are starting on those cars and not mine. She asked and they gave a poor excuse since they actually forgot about my car. Her face proved my thought. They said they still have to finish the one car then mine. By now I lost my patience since Im already late from lunch and needed to get back to work. I then got upset when a man came in and said he needed his battery looked at. They jumped on it and still no one was working on my car. I asked Sharhonda why this was. By now she's upset with me and now she's rolling her eyes and getting an attitude with me. People around me noticed and were also wondering why my car hasn't been touched. After 1 pm, she got the manager who knew I was waiting and bugged him to work on tire. He grudgingly did. Took less than 30 minutes! He came in and gave me no answer, no eye contact, nor an apology. She rang me up with no eye contact and I left. Do not waste your time or money. There is no excuse for this kind of service. Go somewhere more professional. The Beaumont location is far more bettwr than they are.

I completed my checkout at one of the shelf checkouts at my local Walmart in Port Arthur, with my receipt in my hand. I walked out of the front door and headed to my car. After checking for cars passing by I walked into the crosswalk when someone yelled at me from behind, I turned around, and a plain-clothed associated and with one in a vest told me to come back so they can check my receipt. I turned and walked to the associate, asking the plain-clothed associate what the policy was on stopping customers outside of the store to check a receipt? He told me that they could, at that point I reminded him about the AP09 policy the company has to stop shoplifting and that they were not allowed to stop anyone past the front sidewalk for anything, let alone a simple receipt. I told him that I was a Store Co-Manager in the past, and I know the policy. In a very cocky nonchalant tone, he said that's fine and gave me back my receipt. At this point, I was furious, and on my way to my car, I called home office to report the issue. Still, when I spoke to the guy on the phone about the incident, he told me they could go into the parking lot to detain me if they wanted, my hatred for this company grew as I asked him when were they were going to stop treating people as criminals? He responded that he would pass this off to the Store Manager so I can receive a call about the issue, guess what I haven't gotten, even after trying to call the store directly myself? How long will Walmart continue to break the law and its own policies?

I told them to charge me for the core cause I needed to keep the battery, they did charge me and once home discovering the battery wasn't in the trunk. A trip 20 miles each way, these lame employees acted as if me having them find my battery, was them doing me a favor.

Everything was done correctly! Just could have been a little quicker. I was second in line and my car took 1.5 hours to balance and rotate.

Very quick and very nice associates. I do recommend the auto service center. The store itself was nicely stocked and clean. I appreciate the hard work that they put into this store. Although, I really wish the customers who pull clothes off the racks and knock them on the floor would shop someplace else and stop messing up the store. We like and appreciate the workers in this store.
