Worst experience I’ve ever had with Verizon. Been a customer for over 20 years and I’m being blamed for the problems. Was told one thing by 2 employees at the store only to find out they both lied about the services I was getting and now Verizon won’t do anything about it. Don’t see that Verizon is a member of BBB. If not, I can see why.

Don't come here. If they scam you and you signed the agreement already they won't do anything. I came back the next day to fix stuff they did and they told me I didn't even have the permissions to make those changes the day before in the first place. No accountability.

Step daughter walks in wanting to get a sim card and assistance, they refused her, she asked if they spoils just call me to verify, they said that I had to be in the store in person ( which is not true!) Just more wasted time with Verizon. I've personally spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to get THEIR problems in a matter of 4 months. Verizon Wireless can't seem to get things right in the store nor on the phone

Walked in. Had to beg to get checked in. 2 employees walking around not helping anyone. No one has spoke 2 me or other customers it has been close to 45 mins. Still waiting for any assistance.

The service was not good. Attendant talked to officer while time while transferring information over to my other phone and didn't get everything transferred over! Charged 30 bucks for bad service

The store I went to was in MidCounty (aka Port Arthur) I was instantly helped, not over sold, even though I knew what I wanted, and out within 15 minutes.

Had a good experience. Quickly was able to get a phone and upgrade the line without any issues. Store employee was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a much better experience than what I’ve experienced in the past.

Stood there for 30 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged. Would have considered waiting if O had a place in line or if someone assured me that they would be with me soon but none of the employees were even concerned. There were people that had been in there even longer than me.

iPhone 7 model A1660 has a KNOWN defect which was recalled due to defect on main board. This disables the phones ability to connect and install software updates. Apple had a free repair program between 2017-2020 to repair this defect for free. Verizon sold me the model A1660 May 2021 without disclosing this information. Since Verizon purchased the original phone in 2017, my purchase date was passed the 4 year cut off for repair. The manager stated Verizon just does the sales, regardless if they’re product is defective. Their solution was for me to pay off the remaining balance of A1660 and upgrade or to continue paying for a phone with no service, no network connect ability and no internet until my contract ends or upgrade eligibility. They refused to reconcile the situation or look into this for future sales. If anyone is purchasing a phone I advise to simply google the model and see if it’s been previously recalled. Otherwise, you’re loss their gain. I switched to another carrier to rectify the situation.

This place doesn’t care about customers. Waiting in here now behind 7 people one of which came in AFTER me, all because the agent did not give me the advertised 40% off the accessories I purchased last week, even though I specifically asked if she did before I paid. Because they don’t bother to give you a receipt I couldn’t check it. She told me my receipt would be emailed to me…it WAS NOT. I did finally find it on the app to check it. And the person who came in AFTER me is before me because when they came to check me in I asked for a manager after she told me I would have to wait in line even though I am here because THEY screwed up (and she didn’t sign me in at that time). The manager said he couldn’t help me ahead of those who were here before me and said something to the effect “I can’t put you ahead of others who are here because we screwed up.” ? So he then signed me in and said he couldn’t put me in front of the ones who came in after me even though I was here before them. I’m about ready to tell them what they can do with these 3 new phones and 7 accessories.
