I'm leaving this review on the same day I was in store. I was helped by a very helpful guy named Micah F. I had a doozy of a problem thanks to some shenanigans that were invoked by Verizon chat / text support and apparently people who didn't know what they were doing at the port center. They get an F-. But Micah saved the day and my bacon by making sure my phone service was restored and got my mom's phone ported over finally before I had to leave to go back home to MI. He was very calm and personable! Also his eyewear was on point, lol. Thanks again, Micah!

I was immediately greeted by a store employee , Susan waited on us with great patience.
She explained the difference between post paid & pre paid billing & the pro's of each one .
Susan let us know the store brand deals & benefits that were in store at the time & How to possibly preserve them for our decisions .
We brought our older phone in to be activated , she installed the Sims card .
Helped us transfer our number from
( Straight-Talk ) , which is now a sister company to Verizon. Made the necessary calls and set up our phone services.
Thank-You for your time and attention , Susan .

The customer service here is terrible. They had one guy who halfway cared, and he's gone now. These people want sales, and that's it. Your service and issues do not matter to them. I switched companies after a year because their service was just that bad. In the store and over the phone. But if we're just talking about the store, I still wouldn't recommend them!

Worst experience i ever had i thought about keep the phone watting a hour talk to a guy name courtland he had really bad customer service it was the worst experience ever i just stayed with my mobile service

Worst experience I’ve ever had with Verizon. Been a customer for over 20 years and I’m being blamed for the problems. Was told one thing by 2 employees at the store only to find out they both lied about the services I was getting and now Verizon won’t do anything about it. Don’t see that Verizon is a member of BBB. If not, I can see why.

Don't come here. If they scam you and you signed the agreement already they won't do anything. I came back the next day to fix stuff they did and they told me I didn't even have the permissions to make those changes the day before in the first place. No accountability.

Step daughter walks in wanting to get a sim card and assistance, they refused her, she asked if they spoils just call me to verify, they said that I had to be in the store in person ( which is not true!) Just more wasted time with Verizon. I've personally spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to get THEIR problems in a matter of 4 months. Verizon Wireless can't seem to get things right in the store nor on the phone

Walked in. Had to beg to get checked in. 2 employees walking around not helping anyone. No one has spoke 2 me or other customers it has been close to 45 mins. Still waiting for any assistance.
