This is the place to get your oil changed. I got my oil changed yesterday and it was done in no time at all. Nathan the manager was amazing and his coworker too! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable about your car and explained everything and gave you prices of everything so it would not be a surprise in the end! I plan to go to Take 5 from now on. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an amazing oil change experience at Take 5! Everything went so smoothly and professionally. Nathan, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful, and his staff, Michael? (i hope that’s his name, all i can remember it started with a M) , was also very helpful. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they changed my oil. They even showed me the before and after of my oil, right in front of me. I appreciated that they didn't try to overcharge me and instead gave me honest suggestions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Take 5 for your oil change needs! ( i’m not 100% sure that micheal is the techs name but if it helps i came on 12/28/24 at 8:30AM!)

These people were amazing. As I sat in my vehicle for the oil change, they shouted out every step of the way what was happening. I was in and out in 15 minutes and very happy to pay my bill. I left with a smile on my face, honking my horn acknowledging the great service. I recommend Take 5 oil change center in Port Arthur to everyone!

This is my first time coming here and I am impressed. Everyone I've had contact with in bay 3 has been extremely nice, curteous and polite. As a hiring manager, I would say you have yourself a pretty great team. I will be back for my next oil change.

The process was easy- I pulled up, was guided into the bay, and stayed in my vehicle while getting my oil change. The gentlemen were friendly and professional and didn’t try to hard sell anything I didn’t need. I also noticed their safety protocol of calling out and repeating instructions and progress updates. The staff 100% some of the friendliest I have ever seen. The knowledge of the vehicles not so much. Great attitudes but need experience and training on vehicles.

These guys in port Arthur are a group of losers and don't know what they're doing. All I know is my car is idling rough and smells like something is burning! Im so upset and I have no one to turn to. My car will probably be junk soon because they did something shitty but I'll never know what. Don't go there.

The techs were super polite as soon as I pulled in. They offered me a cold bottle of water. They took my info. Change my oil/filters. The wait time was very minimal. They work as a great team together! This is was first time there and will definitely come back for my future car needs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Took me a while to write this review but I decided I need to post it. Went to take 5 on October 1st around 1pm to get an oil change and new wipers. It took them about an hour, and when I got home my truck said oil was low. I freaked out and went back to take 5 and apparently they drained my oil but never put oil back. I didn’t realize at the time how significantly bad this is for my engine. I will now have to go to a dealership and see if my engine is messed up. I will be in contact with the owner there. Also I paid for wipers and they never even changed them till I went back. Great customer service but poor work. I would Hate for this to happen to someone else.Service: Oil change

1st time visiting this business and I must say I’m very impressed with the customer service at Take 5. There was a line in all 3 bays but they offered water as you wait in your car and checked on us. The wait wasn’t long considering all the customers they had there. The manager came over and introduced himself, young gentleman named Nathan and a complete sweet heart, new employee (can not remember his name… so sorry). I will be returning for service again.

Service and employee’s are awesome.However, they tried really hard to sell me an air filter and windshield wipers when I really didn’t need them. They told me my rear wipers were separated and they weren’t. This kind of stuff really bothers me. It is un-professional. I always replace my own filter and windshield wiper blades when they need them.The approach from them was very disturbing to me.

Had my oil changed. Took a little longer than I expected. Still it was only about 25 minutes. I've had my car for five years and had no idea there is a setting to remind you when it's time to get another oil change. The technician set it for me. Very friendly staff. I will be back. Thank you

I always bring my 2 vehicles here for oil changes. Every time the customer service is great. Always ask if you want a water and they let you know everything they are doing. They always check the psi in tires, the air and cabin filter as well. Check all fluids and PH level in coolant and feel the wiper blades. I went to Take 5 for an oil change over the weekend. As part of their "inspection" they showed me a meter that showed 6 dots floating and read my coolant was bad/unsafe. Based on the reading of their meter, at their recommendation I agreed to have them change my coolant. After the coolant change was complete I asked them to show me the meter to make sure all the dots were sunk, and it was the exact same as the first reading: 6 floating dots and unsafe/bad. This was a concern to me and I pointed that out. They determined that their meter was faulty and tested it with a new meter. This meter reading showed 4 floating dots and 2 sunk, so it was now in the safe range. I expressed to them my concern that I had them change the coolant based solely on their reading and assessment that my coolant was bad. My only purpose of going there was for an oil change. They claimed that my coolant they removed was bad and needed to be changed anyway and could not find their fault in misleading me into purchasing their product. They tested my old coolant and its results showed 5 floating dots and one sunk. This was still considered safe and in no way would have paid for that service that I did not need. They manager on duty did not take accountability for their mistake. He claimed that I got new coolant so he was not sure how I could be upset by the false reading they gave me. I notified the corporate office and left my phone number for the management but no one has responded or reached out. There were several honest men working who were doing their best at attempting to right the situation, and I appreciated their kindness and understanding; however, the Manager was not able to take any responsibility. I understand mistakes happen, but based on the managements lack of care and understanding, I believe I was scammed.
