I had the pleasure of working with Cody Graves during my recent car purchase. From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service. He took the time to understand my needs and provided me with the perfect deal he could work for me. His negotiation skills were remarkable, and his after-sales service was outstanding. I highly recommend this salesman for a hassle-free car buying experience. Thank you Cody I’m in love with my new BMW!- Trevor

I found a used car online and immediately after inquiring about it Cody Graves reached out. He was extremely thorough and quick to answer all my questions. I drove in from New Braunfels, TX late and Cody even stayed an extra 2 hours after closing to make sure I was taken care of. The process was very quick and easy and they are very fair in price. The vehicle is was very clean and had be inspected and maintained well. I even forgot something in my trade in and Cody was prompt to mail it back to me. Ask for Cody when you go in!

Had an issue with our 2022 F250. Had the pleasure of meeting the new service manager, Chance Martin, this morning. He was very polite, professional and took our concerns seriously. He invited us into his office and listened to everything we had to say. He got our truck in right away and made sure we had a loaner to use. It is a night and day difference in the service department now that the dealership is under new ownership. Thank you Chance for the excellent service and genuine concern you showed us this morning. I highly recommend Town and Country Ford.

They sell you a truck and then vanish, don't answer calls or emails. The truck has gremlins and They do not care.

Lindsey our travel sales person was great. BUT… having our credit checked before we even picked out or looked at vehicles was pretty maddening. The biggest issue beyond that was them mis-advertising and making up excuses when we pointed out discrepancies and not wanting to honor their sales ads. The vehicle I was looking at I was given an online cost of around $16.6k, they came back with a price breakdown from $22k+. I said: “ absolutely not. That’s not the price I was given online.” Same with a truck my guy looked at and was declined because they were trying to finance it $10,000 over what the price was listed online, and they were asked to call to discuss what all the issues were, and they did not call until days after their upside down sales event was over, which they were trying not to honor on top of everything else. The whole reason we went out there was because of their upside down sales event and they didn’t even wanna honor that sales ad. We were possibly going to walk out of there with two vehicles and instead we left with none.

This "new" dealership baited and switched me after using their service station for an oil change on my 2007 F-150. Heavy pressure tactics (3 salesmen cornered me by myself in an office and wouldn't take no for an answer) and deceptive sales tactics. I thought I was getting a good deal! Just to leave and immediately have problems with the 2019 F-150 STX with 106,000 miles. The worksheet says it's a Lariat with 55,000 miles. That's how they inflated the price! Started with David Allen calling me and baiting me in there, to bringing in Cody Graves, to them two bringing me in James Marion's office. There's a reason James Marion doesn't work where he lives in Pearland!!! He made a lot of money off me, sold me a truck with a bad transmission, and promised to make it right. Two months later I had to call to go get my license plates. I've received no communication, even after filing a complaint with the BBB. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Town and Country. The majority of my deal was done over the phone, and they were true to their word on price and trade numbers. I drove in from 4 hours away and worked with Cody Graves - who was professional, honest, and made the transaction seamless! This, by far, was the most pleasant and simplistic car buying experience I have ever had. Absolutely worth the drive!

What can I say the whole process from start to finish was absolutely incredible and one of the easiest transactions ever. Cody Graves and David Allen were both extremely accommodating. Would love to think the royal treatment was just for me, but these guys do this for everyone. The GM coming and thanking me for my business at the end was just a simple added touch. If you’re in the market for a vehicle I’d highly recommend these guys.

Cody Graves and I worked out a deal in one single phone call, and had the car delivered 3.5 hours to my house the next day. We were able to negotiate a deal we were both happy with. If you are looking for a car and ready to make a deal, give Cody Graves a call.

Don't waste your time with this dealership, offered almost $3,000 less on my trade from Carmax. Minor bumper damage and wheel scrape included in offer. Damage is around $800. T&C acted like I was in a major accident. STAY AWAY unless you enjoy wasting your time

BE AWARE!!!!If you negotiate a price over the phone with them, they will not stand by it! Seen a vehicle online went to go look at it just for them to tell us it was supposedly sold while at the dealership. This was our 1st time going. I had a lady call me from there telling us it was still available, so we were confused. We left of course then a couple of days later we received a call about it being available then we were able to negotiate a price. The next day we went to test drive the vehicle just for them to tell us the price was $4000 more then what was spoken over the phone. Basically, made us drive a hr away for them not to stand behind their word. Was told that they were under new ownership and that the owner had messed up on the price. Don't waste your time.

I have never made a post like this before, but I’m sharing this to hopefully help someone in the future who is considering buying a vehicle from Town & Country Ford (Energy Country) on Twin City in Port Arthur. In March of this year I decided I was going to order a custom built 2023 Bronco. My original sales associate, who I named in my previous post, sat down with me and helped me build it online. I signed paperwork for this vehicle and “locked-in” my price. I knew I was looking at waiting 4-6 months for it to arrive. During that time the dealership sold out to new owners and my original sales associate left and went else where. He still continued to check up on me even though he didn’t work for Town & Country Ford anymore. I was given a new sales associate who I had a hard time getting answers from. I would call/ text the dealership and sales associate looking for updates, but would get little to no response back. Last Thursday evening I checked the tracking and it said that my Bronco was delivered to my dealership. Since it was late and after hours I waited until Friday morning to contact my sales associate/dealership. The dealership didn’t answer and didn’t call me back after leaving a message. My sales associate didn’t text me back. I was frustrated, but decided to wait. Saturday I reached out again and got no response. Monday morning I decided to go down there to figure out what was going on. I asked if it was delivered and they didn’t know and needed to check. Well, it ended up being in the back lot. Awesome! I was pumped. We begin to sign paperwork, and I was pulled into a separate room with another salesperson I didn’t know. He proceeded to “break the news” to me that since Energy Country sold out and became Town & Country and that I was going to be charged $5,000 over my sticker price. I tried to argue with them telling them I had a “locked-in” price from my build sheet. They told me it was their new policy and “they have to make money somehow.” They told me it was okay if I didn’t want it anymore because they would be able to put it on the lot and sell it for $10,000+ over sticker.Unfortunately, since I had waited almost 6 months for it to come in and I already sold my truck back in June, I was forced to pay the extra $5,000 because I refused to leave without my new vehicle. I am beyond satisfied with my new Bronco, but I feel like it was kind of shady for them to tack on extra money after I previously signed an agreement accepting my sticker price. Also, why did they not call me when it came in on Thursday, or even Friday? Were they planning to sell it without telling me it came in so they could make an even bigger profit off of it? What happened to Ford Price Protection Policy?I just want to warn others to stay away from this dealership. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will be contacting Ford and reporting this dealership to them.

Last week my husband and I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer from Town & Country Ford. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We worked with Cody Graves & Terrie Richard in the sales department who were very attentive to all we were hoping for throughout this process. Cody and James Marion, the General Manager, finished out our deal personally. I can’t say enough about James’ professionalism & genuine kindness. Lastly Tray Batson the Finance manager finished up all our final paperwork and had us on our way. We have purchased many vehicles in the past, this was definitely the most hospitable and professional group we have ever worked with before. We will definitely be referring everyone we know looking for a new or used vehicle to Town & Country Ford. A+ for us!
