I made an appointment on the app. I got there before my appointment time, checked in on my phone, and sat down to wait. After 45 minutes of waiting, I went to the desk. The app didn't check me in, so I left. No more quest for me.

Made a 9:20 am appointment to do a drug screen as part of my graduate school admissions. I arrived at 9:10 am, there were only a couple other people waiting and I checked in on their kiosks in the lobby, within 2 minutes they called me back. The entire process took 12 minutes, I left at 9:22 am - super fast and easy. The lobby was packed when I left, so I'm sure wait times vary but I had a good experience!

I'm here for my second glucose test, which is 3 long hours of feeling like I'm going to puke and passout. Deborah and Shantell have been absolutely amazing. I told them I didn't do well with the 1 hour test and they have done everything to help me keep this glucose drink down. Choosing the sprite flavored drink, letting me lay down, getting me an ice pack and cold rag, walking me to the restroom and talking to me to distract my mind from the nausea. I always love coming here, but this visit is especially a blessing. Thank you, Quest for hiring such amazing people.

Initially I was upset and preparing for giving a 1 star since an appointment for blood test for making wait 1 hour, and front counter lady was unsmiling and acted she did not want to be there. Only saving grace was the sampling lady was very nice and saw us earlier than expected, so 5 star goes to sampling lady, 1 star for counter lady.

With an appointment, you get in & out quickly. But, don't try to get help by phone. All you get is a recorded menu, with option 6 to speak with a representative. But after pressing 6 to speak to a representative, it tells you again about online choices & then hangs up on you!

I had an appointment, so it was quick and easy. Debbie was the assistant and she was friendly and efficient.I read many bad reviews of this lab. That was not my experience. The sign-in kiosk was simple. I heard a message playing over the speakers that if you did not have an appointment, phone the given number. I can see where that might be an issue but the lady who walked in after me just went to the desk and someone helped her within a minute.

I was so nervous to bring my two year old to get blood drawn because she’s never had it done before, but Ms. Deb was a delight and made the whole process smooth!

Most obtuse and robot like employees, they should work for the state. They obviously get paid the hour and don't care about making things simple and straight forward

I scheduled an appointment and was there for about a minute before I got called back. I went for my 1 year old son and I was so impressed with how kind and gentle the ladies were with him (and with me as I was nervous!). I also have a different type of insurance and they took the time to look into it and see what it would cover. Very patient and kind. I wish I had gotten their names!

No available appointments. Apparently they are only appointments only, which it doesn't say on the phone or website. I signed my son out of school and made him fast for nothing. Thanks for the information.
