I waited to leave a review to see how they handled the situation and just like I thought, they handled it poorly. I went in the store 10/09/2023 and the cashier (MARIA) was rude to EVERYONE! She wouldn’t count this lady’s change, she yelled at other customers for simply laughing, and she also threw the card reader at me, breaking my nail. After she retreated to the back of the store, the manager (HOMER) came about 15 minutes after and was RUDE AS WELL! He never asked me what happened; he asked me, “were you the one that called my employee out her name?” I told him I said she was acting stupid about people laughing. He was so rude you guys. He gave me no receipt or anything. I let some time past and called corporate to see what they were going to do about it; she only said they had a meeting. Didn’t give me a call or anything. I haven’t been back since. They are TERRIBLE with NO resolve. Honestly haven’t been to Walmart until last week cause I no longer want to spend my money with Murphy nor Walmart. The only upside about stopping at this Murphy is the price of gas. Now Sam’s? I’m going there lol.

The two staff members behind the counter were extremely rude to me and my elderly grandfather both being very snappy with every customer that came to the counter and refused to give me a refund for something that I did not want. 08/07/2023 2:15pm

Uneducated staff with bad attitudes! At least get a uniform that doesn't have your entire back hanging out of it! yuck! Rude to elderly customers. Clueless!!!

So yest my daughter & I came to get gas at Murphy's. Long story short I pre-paid $40 cash for gas, got side tracked & ended up taking off before I ever pumped any gas. I only got about a mile down the road before realizing that I had completely forgotten to get my gas (my daughter was talking to me so I'm going to put the blame on her, lol). By the time I got back to the gas station someone had already stole & pumped the gas that I paid for. The manager who's name is Homer told me he was going to see what he could do & for me to come back next day (today is the next day). So I came to speak to Homer & he said that I could pump $40 in gas like I was originally trying to get, I am very thankful cuz I wasn't expecting to get my money or the gas back. Homer knows me from going in there so frequently for gas (I drive for Waitr & Uber Eats) & he's a great guy & very friendly!! I noticed this place had some bad reviews from yrs ago before Homer was even the manager but they have a whole new friendly staff & they took care of me. I will never go to any other gas station as long as this place is in business‼️ I would rate this place & give it a 10 star ? rating if it was possible‼️?⛽?

I've been doing business at this Murphy's for almost 20 years and now. It sucks getting gas here. There's no room to move around. It's nearly impossible to even get gas. Murphy's made the situation even worse when they renovated the gas station

Always have what I'm looking for. Fuel prices are always lower than anywhere else. Customer service is always excellent. And the loyalty points are great.
