Decent but loyalty means nothing to them. Have had multiple loans and have never missed a payment, have had an account for over 10 years now. Hit hard times and need a small loan just to get through Christmas and it gets declined. Decent bank but if you want a back that awards loyalty and looks at history with them then choose another bank. I'm debating on switching.

mobil oil is a private owned bank, your money is not secured or backed up,they will and can steal from you legally.edit: well if im insured up to 250,000 then as an owner you should help its customers. TODAY i was charged $45 that overdrafted my account, and i literally keep my card in my safe.. yall are stealing my hard earned worked for money. keep in mind its us that keeps you in business.edit: week later and mobil oil denies all wrongdoing, an attorney will be in contact with you mr John doucet.

With the several years I've dealt with this bank absolutely long wait times just to cash a check let alone untrained cashiers tried to close my minimal acct and I've got to be put in an office to do so No close my acct and I'll be on my way needed a loan couldn't do thankful found a bank that could. Wow look at these reviews my bad

The bank manager went above and beyond to help me after I had an issue with a cashiers check. She didn't have to do that since the error was my own but it really bailed me out of a situation so they get 5 stars easy. I've also never had any issues with this location they have never been rude or slow from my experiences so yeah 5 stars

Stay as far away from these crooks as possible. When my father died they took everything from my parents joint accounts and refuse to allow her to use any of their money that they worked for. Now they refuse to let my mother pay their car note and are trying to force her to default so they can take that as well.They are absolutely corrupt thieves. They do not care about you even in your biggest times of need. There is a reason they do not allow you to see anyone face to face, it makes it harder to identify who robbed and extorted you.

Literally the worst banking experience I've ever had. They block my card on payday/rent day and then when trying to reactivate my card that the blocked for fraud they have me on hold for over an hour. Definitely going to Chase, they don't randomly block your card whenever they feel like it. It was the your call is important to us while having me hold for over an hour just to speak to someone so that they could unlock my money.

I love mobiloil credit union. Best bank ever. I can tell you I have never had a bad experience with them as I only care about my finances and they offer high yield interest on checking accounts. In respect to any other banks interest rate. I personally have never had an issue with mobiloil and have always enjoyed banking with them.

Absolutely terrible. They will lie to you, take your money, pretend to close accounts, and continue to charge fees on accounts that were supposed to be closed. They are also impossible to reach. They will NEVER answer a phone with a real person, and their online banking system only works once in a blue moon. NEVER AGAIN!

I love mobiloil credit union. Best bank ever. I can tell you I have never had a bad experience with them as I only care about my finances and they offer high yield interest on checking accounts.
