I don’t write a lot of reviews, actually hardly ever, but I must give a “shout-out” to this company. They were fast, understanding, careful, friendly, and professional. They towed my car from Bridge City to Nederland. They kept me updated on time of arrival and had great communication. They tow all over southeast Texas and are super fair in price. I hope I don’t have to use them again but if I need a tow, I’m going with them hands down.

Tow truck told me he was on his way and then never call me back but said he couldn't come because he had a police call for a wreck, which was more money. Never call me back to tell me anything horrible service

Family member vehicle broke down on Hwy 73 on top of bridge between 9th st. I was called Johnny’s Towing they quickly answered my phone call stated will be there in 15 min. They were there in 15 mins and I was grateful they charged us very fair price. I called a Wrecker before them and they said 1:30 min. So I am grateful and highly recommend.Service: Car towing

My son who lives in Houston broke down in Beaumont so he called Johnny's... They met them there took the keys and said they would be back to get the car tomorrow because it needed to go to Nissan place and it was closed because it was Sunday... My son's car was in a dealerships parking lot which was safe to leave it there, so yeah Johnny's went out of their way to fix them up and make them feel comfortable about a stressful situation and are truly very professional people... I'm fact I referred them just 4 days ago to a friend that had a blowout and highly recommend them to everyone... I have used Johnny's for over 30 years pretty much... Great company with great people.

My passenger side ball joint broke while driving. Around 11:30pm called for a tow and was picked up in less than 10 minutes. I was only 8 minutes from home. Very kind man and good conversation. Very personable! Would recommend! ? great price!Service: Car towing

He went so above and beyond what he had to do! Got my shuttlebus unstuck from the Louisiana mud, something with my power steering went and he helped me find a garage to take it to also! Highly recommended
