They are always re-arranging the store. And I ask "why" you finally learn where everything is. And then they change it. But they are the cheapest grocery store around and for the most part the employees are friendly. And I love you can get your vehicle registration sticker there. Very convenient

All there many cash registers were open. They sack & carry out your groceries. Well stocked, friendly people. Great place to shop! Unlike Walmart they like us.February 3,2023HEB is a good store but, still don't have Progresso French Onion soup or Cream of Mushroom soup GLUTEN FREE! THOSE are good to cook with for people who have GLUTEN allergy. Next complaint is meat! I know all about the price problems in America but when you can't get anything but hamburger for a sorta decent price that is a shame!! Did get a roast at under $6 a pound that was great. Just hope we get better prices but usually once people get used to paying they never go back! Used to the sackers would ask if you wanted help carrying groceries to your car but not as of late. Saw 2 elderly people almost beg to get help. I'm 75 and had surgery 4 weeks ago and was told to not lift over 20 pounds. So I asked young man to please assist me. He didn't react with enthusiasm but not ugly and helped me. We talked a bit to car and when he found out I had surgery he was very sweet. I'm in good shap for old lady but them asking is a sign of respect. Now to moving products around the store that sucks but I know they have to in order to make room for new products. But all in all store is good!

A great store and a great selection.We just been waiting for them to combine the two Pantry stores from one on Gulfway Drive and the one on 32nd Street to combine them into one bigger store. But for some reason where going to put it not enough land. So we still got the two Pantry stores and one large store in Port Arthur. But other than that great selection just need some more items in the store..IT would be good to let them know because we've been waiting for the second large location of HEB so we can have a bigger and better selection of things like they have in the two large stores in Beaumont. we only got just one the one located on Highway 365 and Twin City Highway here in Port Arthur

I love this store its usualy well stocked with all my familiar brands. Hate how the isles are more narrow now. Verry difficult to shop and itvwasnt even a buisy day I can only imagine the traffic jambs thatvare sure to happen on EVERY isle on a buisy day. Come on HEB do better!

Out-of-date products on store shelves were a surprise as I usually didn't check expiration dates. However, after discovering many expired items while making breakfast, like coffee that had gone stale over a month prior, I was shocked. Upon trying to return it, I found out non-store brand items weren't refundable. The manager, John, confirmed this, and despite expressing my concern about more expired coffee on shelves, nothing changed. It's frustrating when customers face expired products, and it felt disappointing that John didn't take responsibility for the issue.
