I came in for flu symptoms that has been going on for 3 days. I have dark brown urine and showed them a picture and asked for fluids. I was completely ignored. I tested negative for flu and covid but was told it is an upper respiratory infection. I was prescribed Children's cold and flu medicine. Absolutely the biggest waste of time. I guess healthcare in this area isn't very good. I am from out of town and wasn't able to drive home to my doctor. I am completely upset at the lack of care and empathy from this establishment.. I saw this place had good reviews, but I can tell you I received zero care. I left still feeling very sick and they didn't care.To your ingenuine response....Tuesday, February 27, 2024My husband drove me back the next day to our town to a local ER that knows me and how critical it is when I get this sick. I received extraordinary care as I always do and they immediately responded with fluids and antibiotics along with chest xrays and CT scans. The results came back that I have PNEUMONIA!Your joke of an ER would have discovered the same fact if you actually did your job. This is 100% LACK OF STANDARD OF CARE . I am positive you will bill our insurance for some insane amount of money to get paid for being a poor excise of an ER facility.PS No one cares about the mosquito problems which all of you were laughing at while I was made to sit waiting for your prescription of Children's cough medicine. What a joke. SORRY, NOT SORRY for exposing the lack of medical knowledge and unprofessionalism you all proved that night. Call you? Seriously? NO THANK YOU! I will make sure everyone I know hears about this situation I had there was beyond PATHETIC.I would have had to file a lawsuit against you if I would have ended up in the hospital. Should I post the pictures of my dark brown pee that you ignored and refused to give me fluids for? I also have the pictures of my temperature rating from 103.5 to 100.00.When you took my temperature it wasn't that high because I had been drinking water. My temperature would fluctuate all day. If you have something to say to me then you call me. Can't wait to hear the excuses..

I love this place. I have been here twice and the staff is wonderful. Dr. M. Crossley is an absolute sweetheart. He’s always so nice and makes you feel so comfortable.

The Staff is efficient. The front desk CSR was polite and prompt on getting me processed in. I was in and out in less than 30 min. The Nursing staff was great.

The staff was great and easy to talk to without the stress of a larger E.R. They are amazing with kids. I took my son in with a fever, tested positive for the flu unfortunately but they made him so happy getting to choose a toy out of a big treasure chest. No wait time and left feeling more knowledgeable about how to game plan getting him back to a hundred percent. Five star ER! Thank y’all so much.

Super nice, respectful, and courteous staff. They got me in and out super quick, even with labs and an ultrasound being done.I would definitely recommend and would use them again! Great experience

havent stopped crying in pain from a respiratory infection. they saw me quickly and offered drinks to my mom and I. even the receptionist was friendly. I feel so much better not even a day later. the staff all seem very smart, and I felt really cared for and taken seriously

I went to Golden Triangle ER having severe chest pains. From the receptionist at the front desk to the nurses to Dr Konjoyan I was treated with the utmost care. Everyone was very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I’m so thankful we have such a first rate facility in Midcounty where you’re not just a number. Thank y’all for caring for our community!

It was a great experience from the time I walked in the door. From the front desk back to the doctor everyone was very helpful. Explained my after care and I was on my way.
