No stars! I will never do business with this bank again. They are the worst business to deal with. They take money out of your savings account with out even notifying you. Had payment arrangements made and they still took everything I had before our arrangement date. Go to Neches or Dugood!

I've been here about 10 years so far and have never had an issue with this credit union. The staff is very friendly and always greets customers with a smile. The only thing I don't care for is holding a third party check for a week or more but in this society were theft is a major issue, I completely understand the policies they have in place on this.

I have had the worst service with 5Point Credit Union? They can care less about their customers. For over a week now we've been trying to get a loan paid off. I can never get a hold of the bank reps it's always a different story. Their voicemail says November 2021. They don't return emails and then when you finally get them on the phone all they do is apologize and never offer resolution, horrible customer service. I have asked for a Vice President only to be put on hold then told busy will send me to voicemai. Then i call another branch they tell me they have no Vice Presiden. Horrible Credit union

I have a Elderly mother that went to deposit a check at the Drive thru and the agent advised her they would hold her Driver's License until Monday....Explain to me how my mom have to Drive from Saturday to Monday without any form of Identification....

My whole account was frozen due to a late paycheck deposit, my weekly paycheck deposit would automatically pay my cc balance monthly on due dates welp there was a glitch on my employer end so we received our paychecks a day after (next business day) well just so happens my cc was due the day I was usually paid causing me to miss payment the very next day I tried to use my debit card &; it was declined I called 5 point to figure out the cause &; it was due to lack of cc payment( mind you this was a "credit card" that never built my credit) I immediately paid off the debt of my credit card &; withdrew all funds from there once I did so they had the audacity to ask me why would I be closing my account with them I told them it seem as if there bank couldn't run without one cc payment &; if that was case then I had no business being there oh &; did I mention I had a "credit card" with them for years to build credit &; once I check my actual credit on credit karma it said no credit was ever established go figure lol I would never recommend this pos bank to anyone

This Credit Union sucks!! I CANNOT WAIT to withdraw my money and move the funds to MCT. Between them making up rules as they go, holding checks for their own silly reasons, and locking people's cards from Cashapp and ATM transactions, I've had ENOUGH. Bank somewhere else, take it from me!!!

Worst bank ever! They want you to pull down your window at drive thru to see your face just to make a deposit! I can maybe understand doing that with withdrawal for security reasons, but not not deposits. Save yourself some frustration and bank somewhere else. Unbelievably sad and illogical banking rules.

I will never do business with this bank again. I've been a loyal member for years and last week i had my account breached and fake checks dropped in it without my knowledge. I did everything called and filed a police report, went and did an identity theft report at the bank itself, everything cause I knew I didn't do anything wrong. Yet I get told I'm the bad guy and in the end I lost my debit card, my online banking (which I use to budget everything from bills to vacation to everything else). Got treated like I didn't exist and no one wanted to hear my side of the story at all. It was my fault and my fault alone to these people. I even got my old employer to verify what I was seeing at the time I noticed the deposits and to verify they were fake and they confirmed it as well. So this bank can f*** off and ill will never recommend this bank to anyone ever again. Did everything with this bank but savings. Glad I didn't make that mistake cause I probably would have gotten that stolen by these people too. Ill be going somewhere else to do my business. Screw you.

I have called today and another day asking about questions related to my account and neither of the ladies were any help and one was really rude and the other gave me wrong information about my account and this was the one in Port Arthur.
