I love this bank, not only because it was the first to open its doors to me when I arrived in this country, but also because of the attention and professionalism of all the representatives who have assisted me, despite being a local bank, it provides excellent options, even Compared to "larger" banks in terms of interest, security, credit cards and other options, I definitely recommend it 100%...

Worked Lisa Coffey on new home build and VA mortgage over a year ago. She was attentive to our needs, got back to us almost immediately if she was tied up, and was invaluable in resolving issues due to "Harvey" delays. She would be the first person I would see about a mortgage.

It was a great pleasure working with Lisa Coffey and the First Financial Bank team with my Home Construction Loan. I highly recommended them to all my family and friends.

Came to make a deposit at this branch. The teller handling my money was extremely rude first time I've ever experienced this from a chase bank and I've been banking with them for over 15 years. This took place today 3/5/18. I called to give them a courtesy call to let them know about the experience and no one answered the phone.

Several months ago my wife and her sister started preparing to take care of their mother who needed assistance to take care of the necessities of life. They got a General Power of Attorney signed by their mother and proceeded to set up as owners of the bank accounts. The first bank they went to had no problem and set it up immediately, but when they went to Chase bank they refused to do it and instead set it up where they would get the balance immediately(we don't know what their definition of immediate is) upon their mothers death. We talked to our attorney about that and he said they should have honored the power of attorney as if their mother was sitting their and directed the bank to make them co-owners of the account. We called yesterday and talked to them about the problem again and were told they would set it up. So, my wife went down to the bank again today and their was a replay of what happened before. We have experienced what happens at a bank after someone dies and have had some bad experiences. To me it is illogical that we already have had the right to empty out the account months ago with no problem and can this very day do so yet they refuse to make my wife and sister an owner on the account which only has value to us for a short while should my mother in law die to clear up any debts. But in the absence of a decent explanation from the bank it makes me feel there is a hidden agenda somewhere. We plan to get rid of all our personal Chase Credit cards and business cards and shift our business as well as my mother in laws business to another banking institution. My mother in law is now in a nursing home and the burdens of taking care of another persons dailey needs and existing estate is staggering. This just made it that much harder. This is the banks policy. The personel at the bank are friendly and they try to be helpful.
