I was in town for a business trip, and when I landed I was made aware that the material's I needed were not going to be delivered in time for the event. I frantically called in, and Katherine immediately put my nerves at ease. I came in, told her what I needed, and she went above and beyond for me. Katherine Stayed until almost an hour after the office closed to make sure my needs were met. I cannot thank her enough for all she did to help me, and if I am ever back in Port Arthur, TX I will no doubt go to her for my office/printing needs.

BEWARE...The worst packing center i have ever used.They packed almost 100 lbs. of valuable surgical tools in one box.No packing at all,really,i mean absolutely not 1 piece of paper or popcorn or bubble wrap.A third grader would have more sense.Spoke to Katherine who said she was a manager.Could have cared less and transferred me to a call center in central america who then transferred me back to port arthur.I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO SEEK SHIPPING ELSEWHERE !!! or just throw you package to save the trouble

I tried to create an online order to have printed off an hour before closing, however online it only allowed me to print the following day. I called into the store and Shaniqua provided me an email to send the documents so she could print them off. I truly feel she went above and beyond to help get me those documents that night. She seemed busy, but printed them off immediately! Shaniqua is fabulous and I have nothing but great things to say. Truly a great experience and easy process. I deal with many FedEx locations nationwide and she is by far the best person I have dealt with!

Rude CSR @ location. Lied and told me I had to "talk to shipping department" and transferred me to a corporate call center who said, "We don't have a shipping department at our depots, sir!" I will pay extra to not have to use FedEx, ever again! At least no this location!
