Who owns this store # because the shelves are empty with merch thrown everywhere. The coolers are dirty and food also thrown everywhere. The aisles are cluttered with freight. Floors are extremely filthy. Workers have company chilling by registers and office. It's very unsanitary there. I did not shop because of the care of the store is extremely poor. It doesn't look as if they get store walks by owner or upper managers. The store needs HELP.

Cashier asked me to put my basket up while I was trying to pay , i found it to be rude and irritating. I already planed on putting it up bc i’m not lazy. Definitely made the cashier seem lazy considering thats literally her job.

This store was once very clean, well stocked, with caring staff. Lately it has been strowed and trashy with products scattered all in isles and on shelves. Stock has been very limited to non for many items. And staff unhelpful and non caring. Customers just like cattle lined up at check out and pushed through. Got to find another store. Rudeness, nasty, and under stocked doesn't deserve my money.

*NEW REVIEW*There HAS to be a new owner/management, because this store is a complete turn around from the chaos it has been in the past. Very clean, merchandise is stocked, and aisles are well kept. GREAT JOB!**OLD REVIEW**This store is ALWAYS a complete wreck and is always full of customers. The skeletal crew of employees while very polite, are constantly overwhelmed. Blame has to be placed on owner/management.

I had a great experience today. Cashier is a young gentleman Harold , he was very sweet with the little girl whose mom was paying in front of me. He is kind, professional . Thank you for your great customer service .

While shopping at Dollar Tree Store #3979, located at 8801 Memorial Blvd., Suite 100 in Port Arthur, TX on 5-8-23 at 9:02 a.m. I witnessed a White Female who was identified as the "general manager" rudely comment to the clerk (who was neatly groomed and conducting herself professionally), "You need to take that scarf off your head!" I was shocked to witness a general manager speak so rudely to an employee in front of customers. Furthermore, the "scarf" that the general manager referenced looked more like a cultural type of headband or wrap, as part of the clerk's hair was visible. The Dollar Tree has a "Human Rights Policy" against this type of behavior. The clerk who was the subject of this incident looked embarrassed but kept her composure as she tried to continue checking customers out. When the clerk was asked how did she feel about being spoken to in such a rude manner she politely stated she felt uncomfortable without the headband but the lady who was speaking to her was the general manager. I hope this situation is addressed by Dollar Tree so that employees at this store location are treated with dignity and respect, especially in front of customers.
