Elishia Washington was the ONLY person at Direct Auto, for 3 days, who took the time to help resolve my issue. She was extremely nice, helpful and very patient. Moving forward I will only deal with her. Direct Auto is lucky to have an employee like her on their team and is the only reason I continue to do business with them.
