Placed pickup order used my card, no order received in store. Manager didn't no how to help me on my order. She said call 1-800 if I didn't receive notification. I told her to cancel if it did come thru. They need lessons to trouble shoot. She wasn't a pleasant person either

I had an order sent here on Monday. I called yesterday and the 2 different people was very nice. Even though my online chart said it was successfully sent they didn't see it. I had online teladoc send it again. I called today and the 2 different people were both extremely rude. First person yelled at me and slammed me on hold before I could say anything. I'll change CVSs next time.

It's a shame that it is a company policy that if you don't fill your prescription at CVS that you cannot buy syringes there. When you have an active prescription. How inconvenient when you can show the prescription. Companies like this needs to change their policies or close their doors. People like myself are going to use a pharmacy that saves them money and what this particular company won't do another company will doI. I will not be filling in the future any prescription here. From the looks of it they don't pay attention to their current or prospective customers and that alone tells me alot.

This location pharmacy sucks!!! Poor customer service... I would give it a 0 star if I could. Moving my prescriptions to Walgreens.. I spend wat too much money on prescriptions every month to receive this type of HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Given poisoned pills 2 months in a row from pharmacist at 4101 twin city hwy in Port Arthur Texas. Both months prescription bottle made me vomit with stabbing pains on upper body. This happened when a new pharmacist (Mr. Chichiso) was working both months. If you go to this pharmacy and he's working , run out of the pharmacy with your life. Very dangerous man but acts so nice.

Possibly the worst pharmacy I've ever used. A while back I had surgery and they didn't fill my pain killers for 4 days. My mother had to go up there and fight for them to fill it. They never answer the phone, and when they do they give bad info. I called last week to ask why my order was on hold, and they said "we're out of it, call the other cvs in the area." After calling the other 5, no one had it. I came to learn a few days later that they weren't out of it, but rather they refused to fill the script because it was from Teladoc. I ended up having to send the script to Walmart. Last summer they filled my epipen and gave me one that expired in 5 months, then tried to say they couldn't refill it when I needed another. When I went to pick up my script a few days ago, I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me, then another 10 before I gave up and drove off, wishing luck to the 3 cars piled up behind me. Under-staffed, under-motivated, bad attitudes, and it's been this way for at least 2 years. Needs a serious change in management and employee training.

To many mistakes,delays,prescription,amounts given,was told it was on order with the manufacturer,,,then told I needed to have physician call in a new script,,then re texts that get sent are mostly incorrect..called in for Lancet needles on Sept.22,2022 and finally able to pick them up after calling the physicians office many times to pick them up on October 21st,2022...in the mean time my mother had to sit herself with the same needle!!!! Thank God my 96 year old mother isn't on life threating medications

I recently ordered 10 photos, when I walked in today there was literally no one to be found except in the pharmacy. I knocked on the managers door and a new girl came out to say the manager is some who in here. Thanks, you’re helpful. So I wandered around for another few minutes only to find said manager who was not only invested in what was happening on her cell phone but she let me know that she was looking at pictures in a group text. How unprofessional!!! But I guess u get what u pay for, my photos were free ??♀️Do better cvs!!!

Terrible experience. You go there for a covid test and they don’t give you instructions on how to use it not even in writing. Never going back!!!
