I didn't get the chance to do one, but I'd better be late than sorry. I came in with a problem with my phone and didn't plan on buying anything. The coworker named Alexis Tran at Memorial persuaded me to get a new phone with cricket and showed me amazing promotions that were going on.

My mon had cricket. We went to get her a new phone yesterday. First things first, the employees kept speaking Spanish in front of us and we were the only customers there. Then while ringing up the phone (that came with a case and screen protector) they couldn't explain the receipt. They charged her for the case and screen protector. I kept asking questions and all they could say was it is a bundle. The phone absolutely sucked so we brought it back and she wanted to close out her service. They only gave her not even half of what she paid yesterday. Cricket is horrible, their employees need to be trained better in customer service and apparently they don't mind robbing people blind. Never again will she go back to cricket or recommend them

Proclaim to have a discount due to having children in the school district and ask you to hop through several hoops as well as walk down a winding hallway with hundreds of mirrors army to be denied of the discount but then again it is cricket

Be careful when buying a new phone from any cricket store, but especially from this one. We went and asked for the price of a phone and we were told it was $170. Then they told us, it came with a phone case and that we could just pick any case. Then, we found out that the phone case was not actually “free” as they implied. The actual price of the phone was 107, but including the phone case it would be 170. So they were trying to sell a phone case that you find in Amazon for 15 for almost 70 dollars. The issue is not that they are selling this phone cases so expensive, but that they imply it’s free and that it comes with the phone when in reality they should just tell you the price of the phone and then offer their phone cases. Just be careful and ask how much is the phone without including anything else or just order online to be safe.
