was in last week to inquire about a new hat. limited selection compared to what's online. but I also brought in a hat with a damaged liner... curious if it was something easily fixable. apparently not, but I don't wear the black felt as often anyways, so no biggie. Jason, the shaper I talked with, offered to clean it up, clean the edges, and adjust the shape a tad. Great young man.so I went home, got online, and found a hat to order to the store. it arrived within 3 days of the order. i picked it up today, and lucked out... Jason was there. the hat was a perfect fit, but I wanted something with a little more personality than the standard cowboy crease. I had an idea in mind, and a photo example. Jason had never personally shaped a diamond crown, but didn't hesitate, and.... knocked it out of the park for me.happy about the hat and experiences, but more impressed with this young man, Jason, and his desire in achieving customer satisfaction, eagerness, friendly smile and demeanor. Great young man, indeed! we'll be back for another hat or three, and we're hoping Jason will be there to take good care of us.

There is very good quality clothing especially for people who work on construction sites, FR type clothing (fire resistant), also belts, shoes, casual cowboy style clothing.
The prices are high (standard), I didn't see any offers.

No one came to ask what I needed the 30min I was there. They was not busy. The straw hats they had on the floor looked like a 5 year old played with them, and they are ok selling them that way.
