I'm am ver disappointed,been with boost for 4 yrs , I would of gave it a zero star if I could,so went to get an upgrade for my husband, I asked for the celero 5g plus for him cuz I have it n I loved the speed n screen size,so the girl even asked to c my phone to look for the same one in da back, she came back n started activating everything n saw da phone box said on 5 g n I asked her twice that if that was da 5 g plus she said yes,after she finally activated da phone and gave it to us I saw da phone was smaller than mine n I told her this is not the celero 5 g plus it the 5 g , she said she could deactivate it n get us da right phone I had asked for in da beginning after like 5 min she said the computer was not going to let her change da phone but that in 3 months we could go back n get another phone, n my hubby doesn't like arguing so he said that's ok when I was about to argue with her because she gave him something we didn't ask for n now she couldn't change it .so now he is left with a phone we didn't want, terrible Service,so I'm going to finish my month n change carriers

Awesome customer service. Very knowledgeable. We went it to get a screen protector for my husband's phone. Ended up leaving with screen protector and iPhone 7 for my son.

Trash not helpful at all very snobbish. Didn't help me at all just looked at me crazy with a face full of cake makeup and told me to call a 1800 number and sent me on my way. Canceling service ASAP
