AutoZone on Gulfway Dr. in Port Arthur has the friendliest employees. William C. was amazing and was very helpful. I love his personality and he's definitely the go to person if you visit there.

Store manager says can't return battery since it was installed in vehicle. Date 04/30/2024 12:10 if that's kinda manager have I wouldn't use this store

Where do I begin? Kyra or Kara was her name. First, she answers a call from her son and proceeds to have a whole conversation with him about personal stuff WHILE she's helping me. Then, her attitude was so unprofessional and disrespectful. There was a man Don trying to help her help me and she stood there and put him down then demanded he go pull the part she pulled up for me. He is the ONLY reason I'm not giving one star. He helped me find my transmission fluid then carried it to the front. She seemed like maybe she was having a tough day at first, so I thanked her for what she did do. Well, she took that and ran with it. Proceeded to tell all the other employees how great she was. Then, while Don was actually trying to help her (because she was so busy boasting she was taking a while to close me out) she said "don't start with me boy!" That's a very degrading phrase. No one has the right to speak to anyone that way, especially not in the work place. Where is the respect for the individual??? She also asked me to give a Google review and said it goes a long way. Especially when an employee goes out of their way she said. Well DON went out of his way while Kara could use some lessons in soft skills and respect for others. So, thank you Don. I'm sorry you have to work with that. But you did a great job helping anyway.

Place a online order and paid for it to be express delivery l, same day. Never received my package to rudely be told it's a third party problem not theirs to call corporate. The guy at corporate was very professional but the employees at this store are not!!!!

I bought car battery yesterday that had a 3 year warranty but lasted 7 years. My 20 year old car will continue to have batteries from AutoZone as it has had so far.

On December 20, 2023, I had a bad experience with Kim. My change was not given to me in full. I complained to her but she rudely told me that if she had given it to me in full, she made me feel like I wanted to steal it from her but the fault was hers.

Rude lady named kimberly “helped” me but refused to look up a part because she yelled at us dat they dont sell that there but it was on the website and didnt even want to look for it or atleast try Oriellys helped me much better
