Went in needed my license plate put on because it kept falling off. The man in the lobby was so kind And helpful. The other gentleman came out and put the license plate on for me free of charge. Thank you so much for your help being so far from home. It was soo helpful. I appreciate you guys so much!♥️♥️

Tony is very passionate about his work! He goes out of his way for his customers and makes sure you’re satisfied with his work. Even makes sure you have access to a free tow if something should happen to your car for a year after fixing your car. I highly recommend 1stop auto repair!

Man Tony, the elder man that works with him along with the lady ALL was SO SO NICE, welcoming, and so warming. Tony is THE BEST, most PATIENT, and not rude at all. Tony even when irritated does NOT have that “mean old mechanic “ attitude. Not only he checked for what I told him, but found other problems and FIXED IT ALL FOR ME AND MY SON. It took about 1.30 to get the service, but we’ll worth (only cause my car a/c was screwed ) during the way the elderly man offered water and snacks to my son!!! The water bottles are really cute by the way! ANYONE IN PORT ARTHUR PLEASE COMEHERE QUICK, FAST, and AFFORDABLE.Service: A/C installation & repair
