Our family stayed at Dolphin Dunes in South Ponte Vedra Beach. Portoro/Wren staff was very responsive to all of our needs. The property was very clean and maintained well. We will definitely stay at one of their properties again.

We stay at Beach Haven in the Grand Caribbean in Port Aransas every summer. It is a beautiful condo with a really nice pool and a boardwalk to the beach. It’s clean, has a well equipped kitchen, is well maintained and has an elevator. We love it!
Marsha founded Starkey Property Management in 1997 and is currently celebrating 38 years in the industry. Her background includes HOA Management, Apartment Management, and Vacation Rentals. Marsha is committed to the community through many organizations devoting her time to serve and support other nonprofits. She currently serves on the Executive Board for the Port Aransas Chamber. Previous Boards include Texas Sandfest, Port Aransas Police Foundation, Port Aransas Art Center & the Port Aransas Preservation & Historical Association. She loves the laid-back lifestyle that Port Aransas offers as well as the ocean, traveling, and hanging out with her friends and family.
