Horrible service at north beach location, went in on May 21st, lady wouldn’t come out of back room. When she finally did as I stood at counter she said can I help you, yeah I am ready to check out. She rang it up spun the tablet around for me to sign for my card transaction and as I was signing she walked off.. seriously!!! This is how you welcome customers? Rude manager!

A fun place to shop for beach-ware and souvenirs. Outside of the shop, you can get your picture taken with tropical birds. Inside the shop you can choose from an assortment of beach themed frames. The manager was courteous and very helpful. Plenty of great gifts to choose from, I would definitely go back.

I bought a shirt on 11/17/20. The shirt is a bit small. Store policy is "No Refunds, Exchange Only." I went in today, shirt e in perfect condition. It's been worn once, never washed. The 'owner" of the store refused an exchange. Typically one would try on a shirt and determine it's too big or too small. I brought the shirt in and immediately the owner tells me "this has been washed." She also made a big deal that"there is dog hair all over it." True we do have dogs, there may have been some, but it was minimal.

If you are going to spend the money to get a temporary Henna tattoo, go ANYWHERE BUT Bay Quesr. We paid over $50 for my daughter's henna the day beforw yesterday by Jessie, who did such a horrible job (extremely thin lines) that it almost disappeared once the dried ink came off.
