Spent 5 days there for the 4th of july..Becky is great and really kind and helpful..the place was fully stocked with just about anything you need, except food and clothes lol ...it was a great place to stay and very clean. The kids and animal loved it there also.

We just spent 3 weeks at Dancing Dunes, this place is awesome, very clean, the beach is just around the corner, close to town, very quite, we loved it will return on our next trip to texas, also Becky and John are great hosts . They should clone Becky she is that great. Thank You for a great stay..

Only giving it 5 stars because there isn’t an option for 6. Seriously in love with this place! The owner Becky was so very sweet, and my boyfriend and I cannot say enough good things about this place. Despite the stormy weather for a day, our stay was absolutely perfect. We cannot wait to come back!

Visited for a mini-vacay. The host is so nice and welcoming. The house was full of accommodations and had a great personal beach theme. The house was super close to the beach and had enough room for everyone who stayed. I really enjoyed my time and can't wait to return!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE ON THE ISLAND!
This is the best, most charismatic place on the island! John and Becky are the best hosts of any place I have ever stayed. My family has been coming here for years. Mine and my brother's company also did all of the roofs on the Dancing Dunes and all of the roofs survived Harvey. We come here as often as we can and there is no where else on the island that we would ever stay.

Such a a lovely property, our cabin was comfortable and well appointed. All the little nice touches were included. Super dog friendly, and right by the beach. Perfect.
