My 3 year old child got sick at the beach and needed some Pedialyte and a restroom , i went to CVS because it was close and i knew they would have it , while entering the store i asked for the restroom and the lady pointed to the back and told me it was in that direction , sadly we did not make it in time and my child puked all over me and on the floor , accidently of course , i apologized and offered to help clean it up , but instead the lady told me to get out of her store and that there was NOT a bathroom for my child !!! I told them i just needed to grab some Pedialyte and the worker told me that i could not buy anything and that i needed to leave the store , due to my child puking , i understand that no one wanted to clean it up ( even though i offered) but the fact that the staff was rude and did not let me get anything in the store to help my child is outrageous !!!!!! I was on vacation and not familiar with the area and was panicking to help my baby , this led to be calling 911 and getting an ambulance!!! This is one of the worst experiences i have ever encountered , and i pray this does not happen to no one else , and to the CVS staff that day , shame on you!!

This CVS in Port A has the BEST pharmacist ever! He is so kind, answers every single phone call and truly goes above and beyond for the customers. We come to Port A all the time and time and time again he has saved the day!

Great pharmacy but terrible online system for getting vaccination records. Very, very frustrating. Calling the phone number they provides gets you nobody that knows anything.

I’m pretty much a lifetime local of Port A, and frequent the store as it has a much better selection of toiletry ítems (shampoo & conditioner, body wash, deodorant,razors, etc) than anywhere else on the Island. They keep everything fresh and up to date. The pharmacy is the best! Devis and Bob go out of their way to make sure you get your meds. Definitely a life saver for our town. Also, I saw a one star review further down with the only explanation being a picture of cvs after Harvey. How does a natural disaster warrant a one star review? It doesn’t. Did you rate every business in town after Harvey with a one star review? Just plain ignorant!

Pharmacy staff was really helpful and courteous. I'm a winter visitor and another CVS had messed up a prescription. Port Aransas store fixed it up in minutes and got my refills. Also got a Shingles Vaccination quick and easy. They were quite busy bit stll got it done.

I frequently go to the CVS in Port Aransas, TX for a variety of food & beverage products, the pharmacy plus health and beauty supplies. We depend greatly on their services as Port Aransas is a small town of 3000 people and they are the only drug store in town. I personally am dependent on them for several items that I can't find in the grocery and convenience stores here. One such product is Arizona Diet Green Tea of which I consume daily. Your employee Taylor knows I come in almost every day looking for that product and today, when he saw me in the store, he actually went to the storage area and had a case of it waiting on me when I went to check out. That gentleman showed many genuine qualities with his gesture and I want the powers that be to recognize him as a good, solid and incredibly helpful employee. Thank you Taylor. YOU ROCK!!!

If I could give this location zero stars I would.. the folks in the pharmacy are extremely rude.. this was the only place I could do Covid testing, got here early, was told to come back in an hour at my scheduled time. No exceptions..
