Small shop with cute souvenirs. The shop cat is sweet and likes pets. He was in his basket when we visited and purred the whole time.

My wife and daughter stopped in over New years weekend and loved this place. My daughter bought 2 pairs of earrings and some other stuff while I talked to the gentleman there about fishing, lol. We spent about an hour here and will definitely be back. Cool stuff and awesome customer service. Thanks for taking the time out to help my little one. Unlike the yellow store next door

The Connoisseur, wow! We have been coming here since they were in their first location, then after Harvey, the next location, and now their new home. The owner and the shop are my absolute fav on the entire island! the most unique and real island and beach jewelry, especially if you are a sheller or mermaid! This SHOP IS A MUST!

Nice banker's hours. Been here in Port "A" for 3 days and the store never opened. Not even a hand written note on the door. Word is they open when they feel like good and ready. Great business model.

Great shop for all sorts of little decorations. They have supported local artists before, and staff are always friendly. It is very much recommended for gifts and shelf trinkets.Ps. Look for the little wire bonsai trees last time they were on the earing tower at the jewelry viewing.

One of our favorite local gift shops on the island, not only for the variety of unique gifts, but also for the awesome customer service. The staff was so friendly and helpful.There's also a shop dog and cat that is a bonus.

This was my favorite shop we visited while staying at Padre Island. This is a great shop for someone seeking decor items. My daughter broke an item while in the store and was reassured by the shop owner. Her reaction made my daughter feel so much better. Our girls selected some unique (and affordable) jewelry while I ended up purchasing five wall hangings (one for each member of our family). I love how they look now that we are home.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. There’s so many beautiful and good quality knickknacks and items. If you’re looking for something more unique than your average souvenir shop I’d recommend checking them out!

Is this place permanently closed? Was really hoping to shop, came during open hours several times and it’s closed and locked. Sad because they have nice things and wanted to get some jewelry.
