We really enjoyed working with Steve, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He made the whole process very easy and we were able to sell our home in 11 days above our market price. He was always available, even after hours to answer our questions. It really shows that he cares and will be with you every step of the way. Steve truly helped my family out during one of the most difficult times ever trying to sell my dad's house. I cannot recommend him enough! Full disclosure, we did not intend for things to work out in the manner which they did for us. We started the process by using Steve to sell her home going through an investment company route, but we decided that we would give Steve the opportunity to sell her home in the short amount of time that we had left. To say that Steve stepped in and filled the gap for where we have previously lacked, is to understate it. Steve came in and listened to our concerns, understood our end goal, and was completely accepting of what we needed. The communication was on point, the pictures took of our home were amazing and 1000 times better than anything that we had done previously, and the amount of effort put into our listing was superb. We were fortunate that we sold our house in one day of being listed on the market. I attribute that to the marketing plan with the coming soon listing that he posted. I hate to admit it, but I am a control freak. I warned Steve upfront that I liked updates and he never failed in that area. If you are struggling, unsure, or don’t think it’s even possible just give him a call and he’ll tell you the reality of your situation and what he can do for you. Like I said earlier, we intended to sell our house to an investment company through Steve , but he got us a much better deal in the end. I’m extremely grateful for that because we are now in the home that we plan to live in forever when we almost lost it.

Steve is the best realtor I’ve ever come across with. I could not sell my house for whole year with other realtors and I decided to hire him later when I decided to sell again and within couple days buyer agreed to buy my house. Steve was very flexible to work with and he made process smooth and helped me with all my concerns. I’m going to keep him as my agent for future buying and selling, highly recommended.

Steve is an outstanding realtor. We used him for the purchase of our property nearly two years ago and then again used him for the sale of the same property. Steve is definitely one of the most responsive realtors I have ever worked with. For the sale of the property we worked with an extremely difficult buyer's agent and Steve maintained his professionalism throughout the transaction. Steve ensured that some of the outrageous demands made by the buyer were not felt by us, his clients, and used his own resources to ensure additional items demanded by the buyer were covered to protect the transaction.
I would highly recommend Steve to anyone who is looking for an above-board, honest realtor who acts with 100% integrity.

Steven is the type of agent you want on your side! He is extremely flexible and will show you any property you want to see and will give you great recommendations on properties that might be a great fit. He will not push a sale and will help you get the best deal. He is very knowledgeable on the area and will give you his honest opinion of a property, especially if he notices issues.

Steve is the best!!!! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Literally, at all times!!He takes his job so seriously as I was passively looking but he found me great deal that I ended up buying. ?? He worked really hard that it felt like he is buying a house for himself! ????? He knows so much about the house that whatever he told me was word to word on my inspection report. My husband and I were introduced to Steve when we requested a realtor contact us through Zillow for a property we were interested in purchasing. Quite honestly, our expectations for the level of service we could expect to receive were pretty low, based on a recent experience with another realtor that Zillow had selected for us.From the very beginning, we knew that something was different about Steve. He was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable about the area. After we looked at the property with Steve, he offered to show us a second property that same day for which we had expressed interest. While we waited for our appointment to see the second property, Steve took us to grab a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop. Fast forward to nearly a month and a half later after successfully landing an offer on a beautiful two-acre property in Northlake, we can definitively say that hands down, Steve is the BEST realtor for which we have ever had the pleasure of working.Steve was extremely responsive to our text messages, phone calls and showed great flexibility and patience through the entire process, which has taken almost two months. His professional insight regarding the various properties we were interested in, assisted us in making good offers which ultimately resulted in a successful home purchase. Even after the transaction, Steve has continued to call and text to check in on us and make sure everything with our new purchase is what we expected. I used Steve to sell my house in Ponder. Due to the incredible advertising, and photos, my home sold before it hit the market for way over asking price.I have moved many times, and Steve has been the best realtor I have worked with by far. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and will go out his way for you. Steven helped me buy and sell at the same time. He advised me on pre-approvals to make my offers more concrete and on how to sell the house quickly.We had a small foundation issue which scares most people. We knew it wasn’t a massive issue but as a buyer people tend to be anxious. After the initial pictures Steven assured us the house would sell fast and he had everything under control. Normally that’s generic sales speech however within 24 hours of being on the market we had multiple offers and went under contract. Steven also helped us decide on the most attractive offer and explained why some offers were better than others.For the house we purchased, we had a very specific set of requirements and desires. Steven once again assured us he could get us the right house. We saw a few homes and received a call from Steven after a few days saying “I have found the house, it’s not on the market till tomorrow but let’s see it tomorrow”. We saw it and it was perfect. We fell in love. Steven mentioned it’s likely to get multiple offers so if we wanted it we should act fast. We did and we are now that perfect houses owners.From both ends of buy and sell Steven was knowledgeable and professional. Another key facet was he was always available day, night or weekend. I cannot stress how excellent Steven was for our sale and purchase. If you need a realtor he should be your first and only point of contact.
